The Connect Class is an experience that transcends everyday life.
Breathwork followed by Cold Water Therapy, within Community is an experience like no other. You will feel held, you will feel supported, you will feel safe to explore the inner most parts of you.
You are welcomed and encouraged to dive as deep as you wish to go into your body, into your psyche, to transcend time and space and breathe through stagnant energy.
The breath is the first thing we do upon entering this realm and the last thing we do before we exit, it is the portal into a new life as we know it.
